We have been long time partners with Silver Spring Colony in Castor AB sourcing their white eggs for over 10 years, and we are happy to offer you steak cuts in family sized packages & lean ground beef in 1lb packages! They raise their cattle on grass and they are finished on a mix of grass and grain.
Sirloin steaks come in 4/package, with 3 of those sold together for a total of 12 steaks. These packages weigh just under 6lbs!
Striploin steaks come in 2 8oz steaks/package, with 3 of those sold together for a total of 6 steaks.
Each ground beef package is individually sold as a 1lb vacuum sealed portion.
