We have acquired a limited run of beautiful Black Tiger Shrimp that we offer in 2lb portions. By working with a transport company, we were able to source sustainably farmed shrimp from small scale farmers working in mangrove forests in Vietnam.
Obviously these are not local to us, but quality is what we aim to offer, and we are supporting locals overseas working hard to raise an all natural shrimp. Take a look at the photos so see the size of these shrimp. We hope you enjoy!
