Backs are ordered at $1.25 per pound, not by number of packages. They may range from 1lb to 1.25lb per package, so please do not expect any certain number of packages.
Whole Breast price per package is reflected on the average whole breast weighing 1.2lb to 1.5lbs
Whole Leg price per package is reflected on the average whole breast weighing 1lb to 1.2lbs
The Boneless Breast Value Package is 2 breast pieces per package
The Boneless Thighs Value Package is a weight of approximately 0.7lbs
